The venue is contemporary, clean and the location is unbeatable near to the old quarter and a nice area of Hanoi. I loved brilliant personnel that ensures guests have a nice stay. Nice lobby. Parking is nearby.

good value, a really great stay. breakfast was awesome, beds were lovely. incredible location a 10-15 minute walking distance from a grand classical music hall. the beach nearby was good and the view was lovely.

Pleasant location, respectful staff and very tasty breakfast with REASONABLY PRICED products. A nice beach, absolutely brilliant view. Plus, Temple of the Jade Mountain was close to the hotel. We enjoyed the room: it was convenient and fabulous. Speedy check in and in general brilliant service.

Wonderful hotel, absolutely perfect rooms, the staff were caring! Comfy beds, central heating, an electronic key card and a work desk were a nice touch. Easy check-in was a bonus. Moreover, it was nice to have public parking nearby. The location was super, just a short walk away from a famous prison. Loved that the roof top bar was working.

Everything here was so good, staff and location were outstanding. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and it was great having a laptop-compatible safe, central heating and an electronic key card. Just 5 min walk to downtown. Late check-out was useful.
